How do I pay? +
Subscribe from inside the Case Diary mobile app. Your plan is activated as soon as the store confirms the payment.
What happens when my trial or plan ends? +
Nothing is deleted. Your chamber moves to the Free plan: you still see every case and date, and keep working within the Free plan's limits until you upgrade again.
Where do I manage cases? +
Cases and hearings are managed in the mobile app. The web panel is for your account.
Can I cancel? +
Yes, any time from your store subscription settings. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Can I get reminders for hearing dates? +
Yes. The app can remind you on your phone a few days before each hearing. You choose how many days ahead in Settings.
Can I hand a case to another lawyer? +
Yes. Send it to their email from the case page. If they run a chamber on Case Diary they can accept it, and it appears in their diary with its hearings.
Can I work in more than one chamber? +
Yes. You can belong to several chambers and switch between them in the app. Each chamber keeps its own cases.
Can I see statistics about my cases? +
Yes. The Reports screen has reports on cases, hearings, clients, your team's work and case transfers, each with totals, month-by-month charts and top lists, for the last 3, 6 or 12 months. Reports are included with the Chamber and Chamber Plus plans.
Is my chamber's data private? +
Each chamber's cases are kept separate. Only members of your chamber can see them.
