What we collect
Your name, email address, phone number, profession and profile picture, and the chamber, case and hearing details you enter into Case Diary. We also keep records of your subscription purchases.
How we use it
To run your account, show your cases and hearing calendar, send verification codes and renewal reminders, let you invite colleagues to your chamber, and process your subscription. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Case and hearing information is visible only to members of your chamber. Cases you transfer are shared with the recipient you choose. We share data with service providers only as needed to send emails and SMS codes.
Storage and security
Data is stored on our servers and sent over encrypted connections. Passwords are stored hashed. Please keep your password private and log out on shared devices.
Your choices and account deletion
You can edit your profile at any time. You can delete your account from the app under Settings > Profile, or from the website account page. Deleting your account removes your access and personal profile. An owner must first remove other members from their chamber.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
