1

Using Case Diary

Case Diary is a tool for legal professionals to organise cases and hearing dates. You must provide accurate details, keep your login secure, and use the service lawfully.

2

Not legal advice

Case Diary is a record-keeping aid. You remain responsible for verifying hearing dates and meeting deadlines. Reminders may be delayed or missed, so do not rely on them alone.

3

Your content

You own the information you enter. You are responsible for having the right to store it, including any client information, and for protecting client confidentiality.

4

Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are bought and renewed through your app store, at the price shown there. When a subscription expires you can still view your data but cannot add or change it until you renew.

5

Chambers and members

The chamber owner manages members, billing and invitations. Members can access the chamber's cases while they belong to it.

6

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

7

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for losses arising from missed hearings, data loss or service interruptions.
